Shipping, Pick Up & Return Policy

COVID-19 UPDATE

Thank you for your patience as unexpected shipping delays may occur due to extra precautions and proper handling to ensure your safety. Please check your estimated delivery day at checkout.

Pick up orders will be handled by couriers fully equipped with face masks and gloves for your reassurance.

SHIPPING

CANADA/USA
Proceed to checkout to view shipping and handling rate for your province/state.

FREE SHIPPING with tracking for all orders over $70 CAD (before taxes and applicable discount codes).

INTERNATIONAL

FREE SHIPPING with tracking for all orders over $100 CAD (before taxes and applicable discount codes).

*All orders will take approximately 1-3 business days to process. 

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for any returned shipment(s) due to failure to sign or incorrect mailing address. Should you require to have the order reshipped, additional fees will apply.

  • We are not responsible for any lost/stolen packages.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Orders outside of Canada may or may not be charged customs, duties, VAT fees- which are not included in your order. Nipzee is not responsible for any custom, duties, VAT fees. These fees will be the responsibility of the package recipient.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for any lost/stolen packages or delays due to customs.

PICK-UP

FREE OF CHARGE for local pick ups for orders over $40.00 CAD or Pick-Up fee of $5.00 CAD will apply. Please place your order online and select “Leave a Note for Pick-Up” to request your preferred pick-up location, date and time. Once your order has been processed, an email will be sent confirming the specific details.

Please note:

  • If for some reason you are unable to pick up your order during the allotted time slot, please contact our customer service at nipzeecovers@gmail.com to reschedule, at least 24hrs in advance. *No shows will be charged an additional fee to reschedule for pick up.

​CANCELLATIONS

Orders are eligible for amendments and cancellations if they have not been processed yet. Orders that have been processed, will not be eligible for further changes. 

Please note: 

  • Should the order be cancelled/refunded, we will refund the value of the contents minus a 3.9% restocking fee - the shipping fee is not refundable. 

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges and/or returns. All items are final sale.

DAMAGED GOODS

Damaged goods must be notified within 10 business days of purchased date. No replacement and/or compensation will be allotted after 10 business days.
